The Hot Picks: 5th Mar

We saw a couple of shock results last week as Cheltenham lost to lowly Crewe and Forest Green lost away at Crawley

So first up this week I’m going with Plymouth who take on Morecambe. The hosts here are still in with a shot of the playoff’s although their recent form hasn’t been great but Morecambe have been on the slide and are currently in the bottom four. Their away form has been a problem so this looks a good chance for Plymouth to take all 3 points

Next up it’s a risky pick with Sutton but the home side are in the playoff mix and that has largely been down to their solid home form. Rochdale have pulled away from the bottom in recent weeks so they now look safe so with more at stake for Sutton, I’ll take the home side at that price

Last up we stick with League 2 and Crawley host Scunthorpe. The away side sit bottom of the table and have the worst away record in the division so this looks like it could be another tough way day for them. Crawley do still have an outside chance of the playoffs but this looks like it could just be a game going through the motions

The treble pays 6/1 which looks good value and worth a cheeky punt this weekend
