The Hot Picks: 27th Aug

It’s a big bank holiday weekend with a few good looking games in the prem but for our Hotpicks we’re going for an EFL 4-fold at 11/1

And we start with Rotherham who are at home to Birmingham. I watched Rotherham recently at Deepdale and they look a decent side and they may not do their usual yo-yo season this time round. Birmingham are struggling for goals and that could be their issue here & I can well see them finishing below the Yorkshire men this season

Down to League 1 and Ipswich top the table coming in to this one as they face Barnsley who have struggled a bit so far this year. It’s hard to see past the home side for this one and they do look like they may well be genuine contenders this season

Sticking with League 1 and I’m going for the MK Dons who stared the season pretty poorly but last seasons playoffs seems a long time ago now. This could be a good chance to add another 3 points against a poor Morecambe side who sit 2nd from bottom and could be in for a long hard season

And making up our acca we go to League 2 and it’s another table topper with Leyton Orient. They take on Hartlepool and come in to this one unbeaten so far this season (4 wins & 1 draw). The away side have just 2 draws to their name and both of those came at home. So it’s the Orient who can land this one
