The Hot Picks: 20th Aug

The football is now well underway and this week we are going for an EFL treble. And we start with Exeter who are 2 from 2 at home and have started the season brightly and they take on a Cheltenham side who, even at this early stage, look like they could be in for a long, tough season. The away side have only picked up 1 point from their 4 games and I think they'll struggle to add to that here.

Next up its another unbeaten home side as Peterborough have also won their 2 home games so far and seem to be adjusting well to League 1 following relegation last season. Lincoln have been a bit of the draw specialists but they are unbeaten (3 draws and 1 win) however I think the home side can take this one and inflict their first loss

And last up its down to League 2 as Swindon host Rochdale. The away side have lost all 4 of their opening games and even though its very early days, I expect them to be fighting a relegation battle this season and I think they may actually drop out of the league as a result. Swindon can hopefully take advantage here and make it 5 defeats on the bounce for the visitors.
