Lets have a see what he fancies this weekend

13.45 Lingfield IMPERIAL SANDS 7/2 WIN BET365 BOG

Has run well to be placed the last twice over CnD and would have a good chance in this small field event now carrying less racing weight of 8st13lb and also gets the services of Hollie Doyle back in the saddle who was on for penultimate run where he was 2nd and that was ran in a very quick time, He is only 1lb higher for this and looks weighted to give it a shot for a yard that do very well at the course.

14.05 Kempton ROUGE VIF 3/1 WIN BET365 BOG

Paul Nicholls has won the last 2 runnings of this race and this is his only entrant in the small 4 runner field. He is capable of smart form as seen in the past and receives a handy 6lb from a couple of these. Had wind surgery in the summer and was very fresh LTO on reappearance, seemingly Nicholls left a bit to work on and if he comes on for that and only 2nd start for the trainer who does so well at the course then he would have a chance in this. The ground should not be too bad and with a dry forecast it should not be too testing which is ideal.

14.40 Kempton COBBLERS DREAM 12/1 EW 5 PLACES BET365 BOG

Unexposed horse who won well LTO and a fast improver. Ticks an awful lot of boxes for a race of this nature and races off a handy racing weight of 10st10lb albeit in a better race he competes off effectively 11lb higher than last time. Ben Case is a smaller trainer but has been getting winners and also knows how to prepare them at this track. This is a stiffer test of his credentials but again a decent pace on and a large field will see him nicely settled and hopefully he is close enough come the business end

14.47 Wetherby HAAFAPIECE 11/4 WIN BET365 BOG

Pam Sly does well at the course and has 9 wins from 35 runners in the last 5 seasons. With hurdlers, in the last 3 years she has won with 6 of 19 runners. In total 14 of them have placed.

HAAFAPIECE has a course record of 31324 from 5 runs at the course. The win came on his penultimate run on his only effort over this distance and under this rider Jack Andrews wh again claims 5lb leaving this one running effectively off 127 and he has placed numerous times off higher. The jockey now has 2 wins from 3 rides on him so knows him well. He ran well again last time off this mark but perhaps needs this extra distance now.

15.15 Kempton SMARTY WILD 4/1 WIN BET365 BOG

Consistent horse for Philip Hobbs who is now only 1lb higher than for his last win which came at the course on this card last year. He tried 3m for the first time LTO and ran with credit when running up with the pace the whole way round. This could potentially have been on his radar as he would still be eligible to go in the corresponding race he won last year this time round which is the 13.32 but runs in this instead. Yard is in amongst the winners and I would expect this one to be getting involved in this given the fact he is feasibly weighted and it's only his second start at this trip
