The Guest Tipster: Fawkes Racing

We have a new guest tipster joining us this weekend and another from Twitter, Fawkes Racing. Scott is a Horse Racing and Football fan posting his own bets on Twitter which has built him an impressive following of nearly 4,500 on there. You can check him out on @FawkesRacing and let have a look and see what he fancies for Saturday

15:40 Chester – FOOLS RUSH IN (9/2 Bet365)

This horse absolutely loves it here at Chester. Last seen here winning in July, beating Red Mirage by 1.25l. He has been put up 3lbs for that win but I can’t see that stopping him going in again in the 15:40 on Saturday. Trainer, Hugo Palmer also has a great record here at Chester recently, having his most wins here in the last year (8). Harry Davies takes the ride again from his last win and is having a cracking season, emerging into one of the

top apprentices and is very capable of winning on Fools Rush In again.

16:15 Chester – ANCIENT TIMES (8/1 3p Bet365)

Ancient Times carries top weight in the 16:15 at Chester on Saturday but I believe that won’t stop this Exceed And Excel gelding getting his head in front on the line in this Class 2 Handicap. After running below par last time out, Pierre-Louis Jamin takes back the ride – bringing back the partnership that saw him winning last at Musselburgh back in June.

He has gone up 7lbs for that win but after rewatching that race, I imagine there is still some winning to do on this mark. Ancient Times likes to be up there with the pace, so hopefully Pierre can bump in out of stall 7 effectively, getting him into a prominent position and kick for home down the home straight.

16:50 Chester – ANTIPHON (7/1 4p Bet365)

Antiphon is a great each-way bet at Chester on Saturday. Another Harry Davies ride (rides our other selection Fools Rush In) and hopefully another win for the apprentice jockey. Has gone up 3lbs from his last time out at Brighton, but after analysing his previous races I definitely think he has another win in him. The wide draw is a worry, especially at Chester but I’m hoping Harry can jump him out the stalls sharply and get him up with the leaders, preferably not too wide and raise him for the win.

Want to have a daily platform to post your tips? Then why not come and join us as a daily racing tipster (Monday to Friday). We also have regular guest tipsters if you wanted to join us without the full time commitment and spots are usually open for a Saturday on both the football and the racing

Our fully developed site is ready to go so there is no setup from you required, you will simply become a member of our team as a contributor and have a daily post which you will be able to update with your own daily punts which will then be visible for everyone to see online.

Our site is 100% free with no sign up required so to view your tips, people will simply need to go to our website. We will also create a custom link for you which you can then share on your own social media channels

Why are we doing this I hear you ask, the answer is actually a simple one. We have a fully functioning website but little content through the week. This means the weekly traffic is very low but it costs us the same regardless. We do also benefit, to be totally open & transparent, as this will help drive more traffic to the site for when we do all our weekend features too (which you would also be invited to join)

So if this sounds of interest & you’d like to become part of The Cheeky Punts team, helping us grow and offer the best free site around, the drop us a line via our social media channels or you contact us via email on
