We have a returning regular guest of ours returning this week as New Sheriff In Town is back so let's see his thoughts for the day

11.40 Cheltenham

DIXON COVE 4/1 (1PT WIN)

Takes on Comfort Zone again after going down by a head last time, stayed on the best of the 2 after that rival got first run. Paul Nicholls trained Dixon Cove shoulders 5lb less for their rematch and that could be vital. Current favourite Jupiter du Gite was impressive last time out winning at 66/1 however his trainer admitted he's a hard horse to school and that tempers enthusiasm going off at a much shorter price. This selection has been nothing but consistent since joining from France and should have a say in this race.

12.40 Cheltenham

SINGING BANJO 9/1 (1PT EW)

Has been just edged out by Delta Work by a short head at Punchestown on last run and Back On The Lash at Cheltenham November 21 over C&D. Looks very generously treated by the handicapper based on those runs. Also, usual jockey Barry Walsh takes off a very hand 7lb. Game type who thrives in these cross country contests. Should have an each way chance.

1.50Cheltenham

FUGITIF 4/1 (2PT) NAP

Already backed into current favourite and it's easy to see why - had plenty in hand when destroying the field at Haydock last time out. Also run well on penultimate run at this venue behind Amarillo Sky. Malystic who's now won two on the bounce - including Friday's Doncaster meeting in a competitive handicap - was miles behind that day. Looks hugely progressive and should cope with the penalty to win this one.

15.15 Doncaster

TEA FOR FREE 6/1 (1PT EW)

Ga Law looks to be rightful favourite for this contest after winning at this venue in impressive style. However he has to concede a stone in weight to Tea For Free taking into consideration Lily Pinchin 3lb claim. There is also the question of Ga Law following up last win taking on an extra 3 furlongs. This selection is on a 4 timer with additional 7lb to deal with - however the last win at Newbury was in extremely energy draining ground and stamina can be depended on. Could be prime candidate to win this if favourite fails to fire

15.50 Doncaster

HAWTHORN COTTAGE 9/1 (1PT EW)

Bold front runner and another selection that Lily Pinchin takes the reigns on. Maybe took on more than can chew last time out and drops in class for this contest - won last time in class 4 company. Has won at 3m before and could take full advantage if given a soft lead.
